LEARN TO FLY! GET YOUR PRIVATE PILOT LICENSE IN MINIMUM TIME HIGHLY EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL INSTRUCTORS SMALL CLASSES, DEDICATED AIRPLANES "Learn to Fly" Discovery FlightOur affordable "Discovery Flight" puts you in the air for a real flying lesson with a FAA-Certified flight instructor! See for yourself what learning to fly is all about! US flight training is done according to rules set out in either of two sections of the Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR): Part 61 or Part 141. At Accessible Aviation, training is available under either Part 61and Part 141 in our Commercial training courses. There is no difference in the instructors, materials or syllabi used: the quality is identical. However, there are subtle differences in the required flight hours--in each case, Part 141 students qualify with fewer total hours.
ACCESSIBLE AVIATION PRIVATE PILOT PART 141
What is Part 141? Certification as a FAA approved Flight School under CFR PART 141 training is closely supervised by the government. The school must follow an approved syllabus, the Chief Flight Instructor and Assistant Chief Flight Instructor must take annual check rides from the local FAA Flight Standards District Office. Plus, the FAA conducts random "spot checks" of school records, facilities and aircraft. Standardized training: You will be trained to the highest possible standards in well-maintained aircraft by motivated instructors. Reduced flight hours: Under Part 141, you get more dual flight instruction and follow a formal syllabus, so the FAA allows you to get your Private Pilot License in 35 hours instead of 40 hours. |
